Project:
The Grammar School, a private K-8 school in Putney, VT, needed an appeals poster that could fold and be mailed out along with a letter requesting donations for the upcoming year.

Design Solution:
The client wanted a scrap-book feel to the poster so I tilted photos and mixed up the photo colors to achieve this. Student poetry placed throughout helped support the idea of a scrap book.

Project:
Each year Yellow Barn, a non-profit organization that promotes concerts and teaching through a summer program, sends out a recruitment flyer in the mail. It is their hope that the recipient will not only read the flyer but hang the poster side for students and professional musicians to see.

Design Solution:
The client and I decided on two related but oddly combined colors to stand out on a most likely crowded bulletin board. We chose a dark enough color to carry type and photos and a second accent color for visibility.
